Senior Utility Rebate

The Senior Utility Rebate provides a rebate to residents from fees paid under the water, sewer, and garbage services up to a maximum of $500 per year. The Senior Utility Rebate is available to Whitehorse residents aged 65 or older, or to surviving spouses who meet the program’s criteria.

The application process for 2024 is now open. Please note that first time applications will need to be submitted in person at City Hall, and you will be asked to provide proof of age. Click here to download a PDF copy of the application form to print.
