Get involved in the fall neighbourhood clean-up!

City crews will be collecting waste at pick-up stations, so connect with your community association or neighbours and target high-waste areas. Drop off the waste at pick-up points and our crews will take it from there.

Dates and pick-up locations:

• • Saturday, Sept 16: 11 am to 3 pm
    Whistle Bend: Lookout parking lot off Range Road
    Takhini: Takhini Arena parking lot (far end by the exit)
    Porter Creek: Pine Street Playground
  • Sunday, Sept 17 – 11 am to 3 pm
    Downtown: Shipyards Park
    Riverdale: Nisutlin at the end of Alsek (near the outdoor rink)
  • Saturday, Sept 23 – 11 am to 3 pm
    Granger: Granger Playground
    Copper Ridge: Lazulite Playground

Crews will be checking the sites regularly to limit attractants for wildlife and don’t forget to send us a photo of yourself in action for the chance to win a gift certificate to a local business.
