Work continues on the Takhini Sanitary Trunk Main

The City’s contractor continues work on the Takhini Sanitary Trunk Main at the intersection of University Drive and Range Road.

A detour has been set up to access University Drive, while the contractor works on the intersection. Public access to Softball Yukon will be closed at this time.

Once the work on the intersection has finished, University Drive will then be accessible from Range Road north.

Active transportation users will also be able to detour around the intersection, crossing on University Drive.

Beginning Monday, October 16, speed restrictions will be lifted on Mountain View Drive and active transportation along that route can resume.
