The City’s contractor, Copperbelt Contracting, will be improving the crosswalk on Ogilvie Street in between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue.
The work will begin on July 2 and is expected to last 18 days, depending on weather.
The existing crosswalk signs will be removed and replaced with LED-enhanced crosswalk sings on either side of the street. The contractor will be trenching across the roadway to install conduit and new pole bases.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane for periods during the work and pedestrians can expect temporary detours throughout the project.
Please follow signage and detours in the area.
We appreciate the public’s patience as we do this work.
