Community Art Making Event

The Adäka Cultural Festival is taking place at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre (KDCC). As a conclusion to the festival and prelude to the Riverfront Town Square, there will be a Community Art Making event led by Ken Anderson with NCES carvers on the paved trail between KDCC and the Riverfront Town Square (riverfront area by the wharf). Community members are invited to paint shapes such as salmon on the path between the KDCC and the wharf. The artwork will be unveiled at the Riverfront Town Square kickoff event on July 2!
The event will begin at the KDCC on July 1 at 10 am and run until 12 pm. The event is drop-in and everyone is welcome to participate!
