Fourth Avenue Sidewalk Closed for Demolition Work

The sidewalk in front of the former Municipal Services Building at 4210 Fourth Avenue is now closed to facilitate the demolition of the building.

The sidewalk closure will ensure public protection against exposure to contaminants, hazardous materials and construction debris as the demolition proceeds over the coming weeks.

Pedestrians are directed to detour by using signalized pedestrian crossings at Fourth Avenue and Ogilvie Street and between the Yukon Inn and Tags. The southbound bike lane will remain in place.
