Butts & Guts – Age 15+ years*
Focus on developing strong, powerful lower body and core muscles using various types of resistance training techniques, including resistance bands, free weights, BOSU and body weight exercises. Suitable for all levels.
*All youth ages 15 – 18 are required to fill out a Youth Waiver prior to participation.
All drop-in fitness classes required an access key tag. Tags can be picked up at reception 30 minutes prior to class start.
