Downtown escarpment fencing to be removed

Whitehorse – Fencing in areas along the Downtown escarpment will be removed during the upcoming week.

City crews have been working tirelessly to keep the escarpment safe, and have identified areas where fencing can be safely removed.

The public is instructed to stay out of any remaining closed areas, and to not remove any fencing. We thank the public for their patience and understanding during this period.
