- Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy: Canadian employers whose business has been affected by COVID-19, may be eligible for a subsidy of 75% of employee wages for up to 12 weeks, retroactive from March 15, 2020, to June 6, 2020.
- Canada Emergency Response Benefit: The Canada Emergency Response Benefit (CERB) may provide workers with temporary income support. The CERB provides $500 a week for up to 16 weeks.
- Support for Indigenous Businesses: Up to $40,000 will be available to small and medium-sized Indigenous businesses:
- an interest-free loan up to $30,000
- a non-repayable contribution up to $10,000
- Canada Emergency Commercial Rent Assistance (CECRA): provides relief for small businesses experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19. It offers unsecured, forgivable loans to eligible commercial property owners to reduce the rent owed by their impacted small business tenant and meet operating expenses on commercial properties.

- Yukon Business Relief Program: This program is available to Yukon businesses that have experience at least a 30 per cent decline in revenue. Contact the Department of Economic Development to apply: [email protected]
- Rent Assistance Program: Tenants living in private non-subsidized market rental housing in Yukon who have lost 30 per cent or more of their income due to COVID-19 are eligible for a grant to help cover rent from April to June 2020.
- Liquor License Support: Liquor licensees in the Yukon will now receive a discount of 25 per cent off the retail price for liquor.
- Income Support for Essential Workers: The Yukon Essential Workers Income Support Program will provide low-income essential workers with a wage subsidy of up to $4.00 per hour to a maximum of $20.00 per hour for up to 16 weeks.
- Temporary Support for Events Funding Program: This program helps Yukon businesses and non-government organizations (NGOs) affected by the cancellation of major events due to COVID-19 recover certain costs.
- Paid Sick Leave Rebate: This rebate allows Yukon workers without paid sick leave to stay at home if they become sick or are required to self-isolate while still meeting their basic financial needs. Self-employed people are also eligible for this rebate.
