Busy weekend ahead at the Canada Games Centre

The annual Kilrich Yukon Native Hockey Tournament is taking place at the Canada Games Centre and Takhini Arena between Thursday, March 21 and Sunday, March 24.

As parking at the CGC will be limited, anyone planning to visit the facility is encouraged to carpool, use transit or overflow parking to assist with traffic flow. Drivers are asked to respect designated spaces as parking control will be enforced.

Please do not block transit lanes, including the stairs connecting to the Mount McIntyre Recreation Centre. Vehicles will be towed if they are parked in designated no parking areas.

Transit riders planning to get on or off a Route #2 or Route #3 bus at the CGC will be asked to use the stop along Hamilton Boulevard. The Handy Bus will continue to use the regular CGC stop.
