Food vendors will dish out lunch and dinner from Steele Street next to City Hall, Front Street near the wharf, and at the Main Street Town Square from August 28 to 30, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
With multiple vendors participating, there’s something to satisfy every palate!
On each day of the festival, there will be a concert on Main during lunch and roaming performers during dinner.
As part of the festival, local resident Laliithaa Krish, will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for most recipes created using a single root vegetable. Over the three days, Laliithaa will cook 200 different recipes using 250 spices and herbs. Visit her stall on Main Street and support her record-breaking quest!
Steele Street will be closed in front of City Hall between Second Avenue and the entrance to the Steele Street parkade. The parkade will remain open during the event.
