Council Meetings

Council Chambers is open to the public. Physical spacing is in place and some COVID-19 protocols apply. Attend meetings in person, watch on Northwestel Community TV channel 209, or online at whitehorse.ca/meetingsonvideo.

Delegates can participate by calling into a meeting, having a written submission read into the meeting record by a staff person, or in-person.

If you wish to present to council or committee, please notify Legislative Services by 12 p.m. on the day of the Council or Committee meeting at legsvcs@whitehorse.ca.

Please note:

• Agendas are posted three calendar days before the meeting is scheduled. They are draft and subject to change. 
• Minutes are released approximately two weeks after each meeting, as they are not approved by Council until the next meeting.
