Aquatic Booking

All pool times become viewable and bookable 3 days prior at 7:00 am.

Guidelines for booking the Pool:

 A family bubble can book the following within a 2 week period:
1 Exclusive or Shared Swim
1 Parent & Tot Swim
1 Hot Tub Family Swim

 Family Time - Parent & Tot  1 booking per family booking in a 2 week period 
Hot Tub - Family  1 booking per family bubble in a 2 week period 
 Individual Swims 25m Lane, or 12m Physio Lane, or 25 m Leisure Pool Lane, or 25m Varied Swim 
 1 booking per day An individual can book daily:
1 Lane swim
(choose only one)
1 Hot Tub time
 Hot Tub - Individual  I booking per day


Exceptions: Booking made the day of do not count towards booking limitations.

How to Cancel: If you can no longer make your booked time slot, you can cancel it in-person, on the phone (668-8360) or email (cgccsrgroup@whitehorse.ca) up to 4 hours prior to the start time without penalty.

Individuals who overbook or do not show up for their booking twice in a 2-week period will be unable to book for 7 days.

Families who overbook or do not show up for their time slot will be unable to make Family Bubble Swim bookings for the next 4 weeks.

  1. Register for a time slot online or in-person (as early as 3 days in advance and up to minutes before, provided there is still space available). 
  2. Arrive ready to swim: Arrive in your swimsuit, bring your googles, swim cap, water bottle, towel and flip flops/water shoes with you. Leave shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, etc., at home.
  3. Get your wristband at the front desk.
  4. Pool entry is through the viewing area doors. Remove your footwear and follow instructions by staff.
  5. Each registrant can use a provided bin (subject to availability) or bring their own bag/bin to store their personal belongings on deck. Please change on deck and keep items inside your bin.
  6. Clean equipment is also located on the viewing deck and can be picked up now.
  7. You are required to have a quick cleansing shower prior to entering the pool. The shower is located by the Steam Room.
  8. When done your activity, please place used equipment in the designated area and continue moving towards the change rooms. You will have a maximum of 15 minutes in the change rooms at the end of your time-slot.
  9. Cancellation of a booking needs to be done in person or over the phone.  Call reception 668-8360 for assistance or email cgccsrgroup@whitehorse.ca.
