It’s tea time! Whitehorse Seniors and Elders are invited to register for the City’s annual Seniors’ Tea, which is being held in-person for the first time since 2019.
The event takes place on Saturday, May 6 at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre. There will be a morning seating from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and an afternoon seating from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
The morning seating features a peaceful atmosphere with softer entertainment, perfect for socializing and conversations. The afternoon seating features lively entertainment and dancing.
The event is free and open to Whitehorse residents 60 years of age and older. Residents must register before April 22 at whitehorse.ca/play for a specific seating as space is limited. For assistance registering, contact 668-8360.
