Important Information
  • Indoor footwear and clothing suitable for active play
  • Outerwear suitable for ALL weather conditions 
  • Extra change of clothes (including socks!)
  • Outdoor Footwear suitable for ALL weather conditions
  • Swim Gear (bathing suit, towel, swim shoes)
  • Helmet for skating & skates (skate can be provided, but not helmets
  • Water Bottle
  • Large lunch with snacks (campers eat more than they do at school, due to higher levels of physical activity)  MUST be NUT-FREE
  •  A backpack that can stay at camp for the duration of the week
  • Helmet

Items not permitted at camp: – money, valuable items, electronics, perfume, and toys from home.
This program will be outdoors, for periods of the day, in all weather

Note: Please don’t bring valuable items to camp.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen items.  Any items brought deemed not permitted will be held by a leader until the end of day.

All campers MUST be in the care of a guardian / parent by the end of their camp (Kid Venture – 3:00 pm, all other camps – 4:30 pm). Camp Staff are NOT available to care for campers past these times.

With an increased emphasis on nature connection and outdoor play, our camps are full of activities that encourage participants to explore, create and play in a positive and inclusive environment. Activities such as active games, crafts, sports, swimming and more, take place both in and out of the facility.

Our field trip locations are determined closer to each camp start date. See the online camp newsletter for details, in the week before your child’s camp.

Our camp staff been chosen for their playfulness, creativity, curiosity and their belief that camp can have a lasting positive impact in a child’s life. They have diverse backgrounds and skills to bring to the camp experience and are passionate about collaborating to create an environment where each camper feels welcome and celebrated for their uniqueness.

Payment plans are available for all multi-day camps and must be set up in person or by phone at the time of registration.

All camps non refundable within 7 days of start date. Camps withdrawn prior to 7 days are subject to a $30 withdrawal fee.

Forms & Documents

Print and bring all applicable form to camp on the first day, or fill them out in person at first drop-off.

If your child has an anaphylactic allergy, the Anaphylaxis Form must be completed in order to sign in on the first day of the program.

Print it and bring it with you for faster sign in. Paper copies will be also available at Sign In.
