Transfer tickets are provided to single fare users needing to switch buses to get to their destination. Transfer tickets are valid for up to 90 minutes from the time they are issued and can be used for any transit route.

• 60+: 60 years and older
• Adult: 19 – 59 years
• Child/Youth: 5 – 18 years
• Person with disability: A person that meets the criteria outlined in the Handy Bus Policy
• Preschooler: 0-4 years (first 2 ride for free provided they are accompanied by an adult)
