Range Road South Closure

Whitehorse – Construction of the Range Road Lift Station replacement project is set to begin next week.

The City’s contractor, Northern Industrial Construction, will be constructing a new lift station to replace the existing station, which has reached the end of its service life.

Range Road South (see map below) will be closed to through traffic for approximately five days once the work has begun. Access to all businesses will remain open.

The area will remain an active construction site for the duration of the project with detours, occasional delays and closures, and changing traffic patterns as the work progresses.

Please travel with care, reduce speed, and follow traffic controllers and construction signage.
